Kim Kreh is a Licensed Realtor offering comprehensive property management services including purchase and acquisition, advertising and marketing, applicant screening, facilitating the leasing process, rent collection, coordinating maintenance repairs and property inspections.

Kim began her journey in property management in 2004 by working in commercial multi-family apartment communities and started specializing in local property management for individual investors in 2022. Kim established Kreh Management Group in 2025 to provide clients with an exceptional customer service experience while tailoring services to fit their individual needs.  

Kreh Management Group can provide rent recommendations based on the property location, features, amenities and comparables. We also facilitate the turnover process to get the property market ready after a tenant moves out and perform the security deposit disposition. We have a network of contractors and vendors available for maintenance and repairs. 

Kreh Management Group abides by all Fair Housing Laws and The Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
